What exactly is a Nova? A Nova starts off as a White Dwarf star. At some point, this
white dwarf star comes across a red giant star, and the white dwarf star starts pulling energy from the red giant star, and becomes nova. Novas are the stars that you can see in the sky and they shine considerably more brightly than the other stars do. You’re probably asking “What’s that got to do with personal training, or anything fitness related?” This is exactly what we do with our fitness programming. We specialize in body transformations. Think of a transformation as being very similar to what happens when a nova is created. We take the old you, and everything that’s special about you, and merge it with all the latest science about fitness, exercise science, nutrition… to help you transform yourself into a better version of yourself. A star that shines brighter than your average star. Our goal is to help you realize that the transformation that you’ve always been dreaming of is well within your reach. Meet Your Coach
I’m Chris Howard and I’m the Head Coach here at Body Nova Fitness Coaching. And in life, I’ve been the underdog, and I continue to be the underdog. I’ve been a personal trainer for 25 years, and I’ve helped hundreds of fellow underdogs like me by injecting the personal into the personal training, by creating programs based to cater to how everyone is different. My passion is to help people become super stars by using and properly applying what we know about the science of exercise and nutrition, to create their unique winning strategy that they can stick to. Everyone deserves the right to look and feel great, and build a body that they are happy with. Most trainers use what they’ve learned to be able to treat everyone the same. They use all the same workouts and templates for everyone no matter what their goals are, even though we all come from different starting places, with different levels of experience, and we all have different goals. TRUE personal training is similar to a GPS. It’s about recognizing YOUR starting point, and designing workout and nutrition programs that will guide you down the path of where you are, and drops you off at the doorstep of your goals.
