We have many different ways to use science to help you get the body that you’ve always wanted. With fitness and physique transformations, it’s not just about what and how much science you know. It’s about how you apply it. Nowadays everyone has macro plans, meal plans, and workout templates. At Body Nova Fitness Coaching, we create strategies. Strategies that use the science of how the body responds to exercise and nutrition, and we properly apply it to create your personalized strategy that will get you where you want to be. Whether your goal is weight loss/fat loss, building muscle, getting healthier, or improving physical performance, all of our Personal Training services include:

1 on 1 Personal Training

If you live near the Edmond or OKC Area, you can take advantage of this program. If you have a vision on where you’d like to go, we’ll create the path for you to get there. This also includes exercise technique coaching based on your goals. This program will be all about you. It’ll be based on your experience level with exercise, and we’ll cater it to your needs, and your goals. Nutritional macro coaching is included with the program. Meal plans are an additional cost.

Online Personalized Training

Our Personalized Online Training Fitness Programs are a perfect match for those who know their way around a gym, but need some coaching in order to help them reach their goals, or pushing past the plateau that they’re stuck in. Similar to the 1 on 1 personal training, we’ll figure out where you’re at, as well as what behaviors you’ll need to create in order to get you there. This program will be all about you. It’ll be based on your experience level with exercise, and we’ll cater it to your needs, and your goals. Nutritional macro coaching is included with the program. Meal plans are an additional cost.

Virtual Personal Training

Our Virtual Training service is slightly different from our Online Training Programs. This is a Skype or ZOOM service where we can figure out your goals, create your strategy, or we can coach you on your exercise technique and workouts. This is coached by the ½- 1 hour sessions.

Nutrition & Meal Plans (Only)

We’ll design a personalized nutrition program as well create a meal plan for you based on your weight, your body fat, your history, and your goals. We’ll also create a supplement strategy to help you make maximum progress, in the minimal time (upon request).

Supplement Programs (Only)

Feeling overwhelmed when trying to find the right supplements to help you get the most bang for your buck. Need help knowing when to use the right products and the right time. We can help with that. Sometimes it’s not just about finding the newest or the most popular products out there. Looking to take care of your health can go a long way.
